The Incheon Open Port Museum remodeled the old Japanese Bank of Korea building to contain all the entire history of Incheon Open Port. In the four permanent exhibition halls, relics from the opening of the port in 1883 to before 1910, when the Japanese occupation began, are on display.
The Incheon Open Port Museum, which holds a place in the center of the history of Incheon Open Port, is a museum where you can learn about modern Incheon after the opening of the port, through various aspects of modern culture introduced through Incheon during the period of the port's opening.

The first exhibition room is the main exhibition room of the museum.
Items representing the modern cultures that were first introduced through the Incheon Port after its opening in 1883 have been selected and displayed for visitors.
Exhibition room 2 is the thematic exhibition room that exhibits only materials related to Korean railway history.
It mainly introduces artifacts and materials related to Gyeongin Railway, the first railway in Korea. The 3rd exhibition hall is the theme exhibition room that presents the streetscape of the Incheon port area during the opening period using models and audiovisual materials.
The space's exhibitions are set up to be used as a photo zone for visitors. Exhibition room 4 is the thematic exhibition hall utilizing the safe that the bank used in the past, and exhibits materials related to financial institutions from the opening period.

By remodeling the Incheon Branch of Japan's 1st Bank, a late-Renaissance-style building with a central dome, you can feel the grace and beauty of modern architecture at the same time. It is located beside the Incheon Open Port Modern Architecture Exhibition Center, about 10 minutes away from Incheon Station Exit 1 toward Chinatown.
