The Korean-Chinese Cultural Center is a cultural space built at the entrance of Chinatown in a Chinese architectural style.
There are facilities on each floor, from the basement level to the fifth floor. the fourth floor. The first floor is composed of a special exhibition hall, the second floor is the Korean-Chinese culture exhibition hall, the third floor is the FriendshipCities Promotion Hall, and the fourth floor is a performance hall.

- Korean-Chinese Cultural Center Gallery (1F): Exhibitions on various themes are programmed to vitalize cultural and artistic activities of local artists. It is also possible to rent the gallery space.
- Korean-Chinese Culture Exhibition Hall (2F): It introduces the history, culture, economy, and social life of China, and exhibits relics related to the cultural exchange between Korea and China.
- Friendship Cities Promotion Hall (3F): Introduces China's friendship exchange cities and donation cities, and exhibits donated materials from each region. In addition, there are spaces for a “Cheongsam Experience” in traditional Chinese clothingand a “Chiligo Play Experience” with traditional Chinese games (reservation required for groups).
- Performance hall (4F): Performances by local artists, various seminars, and public hearings are also available. (200 seats)
- Incheon Overseas Chinese History Museum: Introduces the history of the settlement of overseas Chinese in Incheon, shows relics of items that they actually used, organizes topics related to overseas Chinese, and showcases various themes to revitalizelocal artists' cultural and artistic activities. (It is connected to the second floor of the Korean-Chinese Cultural Center.)
