Promenade toward Wolmido Island's sea
Wolmido Lighthouse Road is where you can take a walk along the breakwater road to where the Wolmido Lighthouse is located.
It is a place where people gather at any time as you take a walk while viewing the beautiful scenery both in the day and at night.
You can walk while looking at photographs of the landscape and the history of Incheon and Wolmido displayed on the railings of the Wolmido Lighthouse Road.
There is a photo zone in the shape of a frame on the promenade, so you can take a commemorative photo with the lighthouse and sea in the background. It is especially beautiful when you can see the red sunset, so many people visit then.
At night, the lights installed on the railings of the lighthouse are lit, making the lighthouse path gorgeous. When walking toward the lighthouse, you can enjoy the scenery of the sea while listening to the sound of the waves, and on the way back,you can take a walk while looking at Wolmi Amusement Park and Wolmi Park.
At night, the Moonai Ferris Wheel in Wolmi Amusement Park is lit up, adding fun to the walking path.

Wolmido Lighthouse, illuminating the sea
Wolmido Lighthouse was installed on the north side of the Incheon Port's Lock Gate in November 1977, and from then till now, it continues to illuminate the sea off Wolmido Island. Its height is not great at 9m, but since 2010, it has been upgradedto shine brighter by increasing the amount of light and by installing extra lighting on its body.
If you visit at night, you can see the Wolmido Lighthouse emitting a green glow toward ships passing through the dark sea. When the day is clear, you can see the scenery of Incheondaegyo Bridge and Yeongjongdo Island when looking at the sea from theWolmido Lighthouse.
The open space viewed from Wolmido Lighthouse refreshes both your eyes and mind.

Things to Do Near Wolmido Lighthouse Road
If you want to enjoy a longer walk on Wolmido, there are several walking courses around the lighthouse road, including Wolmi Oul-gil, Wolmi Park Promenade, and Wolmi Dulle-gil. If you want to enjoy the scenery of the sea, you can take a walk alongthe Wolmi Lighthouse Trail and Wolmi Harmony Trail.
If you want to enjoy both forest walks and sea trails, you can take a walk along the Wolmi Dulle-gil, where you can visit Wolmi Park and Wolmi Observatory.
If you visit Wolmido in summer, you can enjoy Wolmido Beach and Wolmi Water Playground in front of Wolmido Lighthouse Road. Wolmido Seawater Footbath is a place where you can soak your feet in bedrock water raised from a depth of 110m in the sea.
You can enjoy a seawater foot bath while looking at the open West Sea of Wolmido.
At Wolmi Water Park, families with children can safely play in the water safely and cool down.
The Wolmido Seawater Footbath is open from May to October, but the Wolmi Water Playground is open for only two months in July and August.
