The Permanent Exhibition Hall operated by the Incheon Education & Science Research Institute consists of several floors, each with different topics. It lets children experience basic scientific principles and provides programs that are good forforming curiosity about the future and science.

There are plenty of attractions, from the Kumdori Hall on the 1st floor to the Future & Science Hall on the 4th floor. The museum has various types of video learning facilities with an attractive small aquarium and multimedia facilities.
