The music fountain was constructed at the waterfront space of Wolmido Cultural Street to provide a new attraction for visitors. The column of water moves freely over the ground of the square, following the music as if dancing. Also, a light shone into the column of water makes a wonderful harmony between the music and lighting.

- Do not throw foreign substances into the water fountain. (It causes damage to the water fountain and pollution.)
- Do not enter the water fountain during operation (danger of accidents).
